What is Invisalign?

Invisalign treatment is a virtually invisible way to straighten your teeth. Using advanced 3D computer-imaging technology, Invisalign shows you your complete treatment plan based on your Invisalign Provider’s prescription, from the initial position of your teeth towards the final desired position. Then a series of clear aligners are custom-made for your teeth to move them little by little.

Each aligner is worn for about two weeks before being replaced by the next in the series, gradually moving towards the projected final position. The treatment time depends on your specific needs and will be decided by your Invisalign Provider.

What issues can be fixed with Invisalign?

How does Invisalign work?

You’re provided with a series of clear, custom-made aligners. Each aligner should be worn for two weeks before you move onto the next. The aligners place pressure on your teeth at specific places, which gently moves them further and further into the right position.

You’ll also have regular appointments with us, so we can check everything’s progressing as expected.

Your aligners should be worn for around 20-22 hours each day, which gives you the freedom to remove them for eating, drinking, and cleaning your teeth. With Invisalign, you won’t have to be careful about the types of food you eat — there are no restrictions. And it’s easy to keep your teeth in pristine condition, too.

By the end of your treatment, your smile will be as healthy as it is beautiful.
