At Bloomfield Dental Studio, our membership plans help you manage dental costs with easy monthly payments. Enjoy affordable rates, no large upfront costs, and regular check-ups to catch issues early. The plan also covers accidental damage and emergency treatment, even outside regular hours or when you’re away from home.
Who Is the Plan For And How To Join?
Our membership plan is perfect for anyone who wants to prioritise their dental health with predictable, affordable costs. Joining is easy:
- No assessment required
- One-time registration fee of £8 (included in your first Direct Debit payment)
- Quick sign-up via Direct Debit mandate (online, over the phone, or in-person)
Dental Accident and Emergency Coverage
Our plan includes access to the Global Dental Accident and Emergency Assistance Scheme, which covers accidents, emergencies, mouth cancer diagnosis, and hospital dental treatments.

Terms and Conditions
Your membership plan includes several benefits, but please be aware of the following exclusions:
- Consultations and treatments for dental implants
- Specialist periodontal (gum treatment) consultations and treatments
- Fees for sedation
- Teeth whitening treatments
- Charges for missed or late-cancelled appointments
- Any dental examinations or treatments completed before the plan starts
Cancellation Policy
The membership plan has a minimum duration of six months, and you must provide one month’s written notice to cancel.
Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
The practice reserves the right to cancel your plan if monthly direct debit payments fail. After the initial six months, you may cancel your plan with one month’s written notice.
